Hello Creatives!!

Dream Catcher: On the Fence!

Hello Reader,

I hope that you are having a great week so far! If you enjoyed reading my latest newsletter, then I hope you will enjoying this next one as well.

Welcome back to Occipicco Art community. :)

I was feeling a little stuck on what to do for this "Dream Catcher" painting. What inspired me to create this painting was that I have been in a good place at my current job in the food service industry as I continue developing my art business. What do I mean by that: learning more about my leadership role as a barista lead and as a creative entrepreneur . It's very interesting to know what type of leader I am. I realize that I a type of leader who is very open to continue learning and have a lot of patience interacting with customers as well as staff. Also, I am able to apply my skills from my day job into my business. I enjoy working with students at my job: work with one-on-one seeing what strengths are and how I am able to help them solve their problem if they are feeling stuck on maintain serving customers at the barista and smoothie outlets. I make sure I continue building great relationships with customers. I think about how to keep my creativity going as I ask customers how I can help them feeling inspired in daily life.

I look at this as a blessing that I am able to learn from both ends of the spectrum.
